The Inside Shift™ is a 2-day in-person business workshop designed for team-based companies. Unlike traditional training that focuses on skills and tactics, it addresses the internal patterns — beliefs, emotional habits, and behavioural defaults — that actually drive performance under pressure. It includes a pre-workshop diagnostic, the 2-day facilitated experience, and a post-workshop ROI review.
